Man of God 5: Out of Survival. Into Faith
Survival mode is a prison. It keeps men shackled to fear, scarcity, and reaction. It’s the mindset of just trying to make it through the day, protecting what little you have left, bracing for the next hit. Survival mode says, “Don’t hope, don’t dream, just hold the line and maybe you’ll get through.” But that’s not the life God designed for a man of God. When Christ redeems you, survival is no longer your assignment. Victory is. The cross didn’t set you free just so you could grind through each day in desperation. The blood of Jesus wasn’t spilled so you could live half-alive, clinging to scraps of peace. The cross secured abundance, authority, and a mission. Psalm 23:1 “ The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.” If the Lord is your Shepherd, you are not starving, you are not abandoned, and you are not a victim.
